The Vacancy
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Contract & Performance Manager to help us deliver our new CFO Evolution contract in the North West. We are looking for an experienced manager skilled in managing performance, quality and compliance across direct and supply chain delivery.
Achieve, part of Career Connect, will deliver the Creating Future Opportunities Evolution Programme in the NW. This Programme focuses on working with offenders in prison or the community, to encourage them to lead law-abiding lives and move them into employment and training opportunities. We have a team of support workers working with participants across 14 prisons. Our supply chain partner will deliver a service to those in the community through six activity hubs. As Contract and Performance Manager, you will lead and manage our performance, quality and compliance function, as well as having oversight of our supply chain delivery to ensure that our contract achieves its aims and objectives.
The successful candidate will:-
Be an experienced performance manager and able to effectively lead outcomes on PBR contracts
Be a Strong communicator, able to lead the supply chain and offer a solution focussed approach.
Have experience of quality and compliance frameworks, maintaining the highest level of quality assurance across the contract.
Package:
Our full-time staff enjoy a reasonable 35h working week and we also offer flexi-time, so when we ask our staff to do extra, we always make sure they’ve got those hours to take back another time. It’s a great benefit of working for Career Connect. We offer blended working –office and home based; some travel will be required to our delivery sites across the NW.
The Contract and Performance Manager is paid £48,258 and you will be reimbursed for any additional travel, beyond your main base of work. Our holidays start at 25 days + Bank Holidays and we give up to an extra 6 days a year for staff with longer service. From 2025, we are introducing our holiday flex scheme, where our staff will be able to purchase additional holidays.
