The Vacancy
Do you want to help us change young people’s lives in Manchester?
We are looking for a Performance Systems Co-ordinator to help our Manchester team manage their data and performance arrangements. This position is fixed term for 6 months.
You will assist in producing our data, performance and intelligence reports relating to young people. This involves quality assuring the information in our CRM system and taking appropriate corrective action, to resolve any issues in respect of data collection and reporting.
You will also be responsible for the management of referrals coming into the service and accurately updating the client database. It’s not a wholly system-based role; you will also act as a point of contact for young people and partners who contact our service, helping to schedule appointments for clients, on behalf of our busy team.
The role will be based at our office The Powerhouse, Manchester though you will occasionally support events in venues in the community across the area. You will need to be able to manage your time well and travel independently. There may an occasional option to work from home but this is very much as office based role as you are working at the very heart of our service, as a key point of contact for our team members as they deliver the service.

Qualifications
You don’t need to be degree level qualified for this role but we do require someone with an eye for detail, the ability to input and analyse data accurately (so excel with be an advantage) and most importantly a confident communication style with excellent customer service, as you will be a key contact for our staff and partners.
