Career Connect is looking for an inspirational Team Leader to help drive high quality services, champion innovation, and support staff delivering guidance to young people in schools and colleges.

Career Connect is the education sector’s leading careers service partner – and we’re looking for a Team Leader to join our highly successful school and colleges team.   We work with more than 250 schools and colleges across the country, creating inspiring, tailored Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance packages to meet their needs. 

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our services are exceptional, efficient, and truly transformative.  This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, influence, and meaningful leadership.

Qualifications  

  1. A minimum of 2 years’ experience of working with young people / adults
  2. A professional careers guidance qualification at Level 6
