Our delivery supports people serving custodial or community-based sentences into education, training and employment opportunities. The job will involve working with people in the community, who are subject to supervision by the Probation Service, to engage them in learning, training and employment, both through one-to-one and group work.

You’ll need to be proactive, a good communicator and able to manage your own caseload. You will be effective at working with partner organisations, to ensure the best results for our clients.
