Are you a Careers Adviser looking for your next opportunity to make a difference?
Career Connect is the education sector’s leading careers service partner – and we’re looking for a qualified Career Adviser to join our highly successful school and colleges team.
We work with more than 200 schools and colleges across the country, creating inspiring, tailored Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance packages to meet their needs.

Digital careers, building resilience, and challenging career stereotypes are just some of the sessions that our talented advisers have delivered, with impressive results. We always encourage innovation.
You will have the full support of our school and colleges team. You will be able to draw on your colleagues’ wealth of experience and shared best practice when it comes to planning in-school delivery – and of course, we’d love you to share yours.
You will be experienced in building meaningful relationships with students, school leaders and employers to achieve the best outcomes for the young people you support.
At Career Connect, we’re here to raise aspirations, and provide impartial careers advice that changes lives.
